    There are several factors that will determine the amount of packaged product you will get from your whole beef share, such as the size of the live animal and the subsequent hanging weight, the amount of ground meat versus other cuts you select and your preference for bone-in versus boneless cuts.

  • Go to our Order Form and let us know that you are interested in reserving a beef or pork share. We will respond with information about the next available beef or pork reservation and answer any questions that you may have. If you would like to proceed and reserve a beef or pork share, then you can confirm that with us, pay a $100 deposit and then we will hold that reservation for you.

  • We will update you when we have scheduled the slaughter date for your beef or pork share. We will also provide you with a cut sheet to complete so that you will be able to select how you would like your beef or pork share prepared and packaged (cut thickness, bone-in vs boneless or the size of packaging). When the slaughter date arrives, we will drop off your beef or pork share at the processing facility. After the processor lets us know the hanging weight, we will contact you with the final invoice for your beef or pork share. The processor will contact you when the meat from your beef or pork share is ready for pickup.
